Knowing Success is a specialist company that works with the owners of small and medium sized businesses, people who are self employed and those who are planning to start their own business.  We offer accessible programmes that inspire, inform and improve their business skills, and stretch their thinking and creativity in problem solving and releasing their business potential.  

Knowing Success and the SuretrackTM Programmes - The Story

Our founder members are all independent business owners who are passionate about empowering others, especially those who want to make the leap that they themselves have been able to achieve: that is growing their businesses from start ups into enterprises that work for them and give them personal freedom.  

Freedoms such as: 
  • Freedom to choose whether they work in their business and, if so, how much.
  • Freedom to choose how they will grow their business.
  • Freedom to choose to retain or sell their business.

Our founders' experience is that, whilst you can always work alone on developing your business, investing in tools and training especially designed for business owners stimulates more progress. Adding one-to-one business coaching speeds up your progress dramatically.  

We believe that business coaching has traditionally been priced out of the reach of many business owners, leaving them without easy access to this critical factor. Knowing Success was determined to help overcome this challenge.   
 
So now, as a result, the Suretrack Programmes have been created. They offer a unique blend of business training, business planning and one-to-one business coaching. They are designed to be accessible and affordable to all business owners, giving everyone the chance to make the most of their opportunities to grow their business and enjoy more success in their business life.
